We stand behind our products 100%. If you’re not happy with your product, please let us know! We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No need to send anything back, you can keep your product, finish using it (if you wish), and recycle or upcycle your container.

To complete your request for refund, just send us an email at orders@naturalkore.com. We will send you a check via the USPS within 3 weeks of your request.
